Near Light | YB51724

is a self-designed and fabricated instrument that would generate endless light patterns based on the hand touch of the performer on the strings. It consists of the top 8-string sound instrument section and the lower light generating section. Inspired by Thomas Wilfred’s art of light(Lumia Art) and two traditional Chinese instruments, it creates a planatery and spiritual environment.
